This privacy notice has been prepared by Carrot Agency under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to explain how we process the personal data of people who visit carrotagency.co and contact us.

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK:

- Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f)
- Your explicit consent, for analytics and marketing cookies (Art. 5/1)
5. How we collect personal data
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through the contact form on our website, email correspondence, server logs and cookies.
6. Transfer of personal data
Limited to the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to:
- Service providers from whom we obtain website hosting, email and cloud services,
- Lawyers and advisers we consult in legal disputes,
- Competent public authorities upon request.
Because our hosting infrastructure and some service providers' servers are located abroad, some data such as server logs may be transferred abroad in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK.
7. Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation. When these periods end, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK,
- Request that third parties to whom your data was transferred be notified of correction, deletion or destruction,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
You can send requests about these rights in writing, together with documents proving your identity, to 19 Mayıs Mah. Halaskargazi Cad. No:226/24 Şişli/İstanbul, or email hello@carrotagency.co from an email address registered with us, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.
