About the project.

Manisa City Card is a new-generation smart city and life card launched by Manisa Metropolitan Municipality to improve quality of life, bring technology into everyday life and strengthen social solidarity. The card brings together social support payments, shopping at member businesses and, soon, bill and municipal payments on a single card.

For this project, powered by Pratik İşlem's infrastructure, Carrot Agency designed the card itself, all the printed materials that reach citizens and businesses on the ground, and the website that introduces the card. Our goal was a warm, trustworthy visual language that feels like Manisa and that citizens of all ages and member businesses recognise at first glance.

What we did.

01
Card design
A red-led front and back card design inspired by the tulip and heart forms that symbolise Manisa.
02
Printed promotional materials
Card envelope, window stickers, ceiling hangers and A-frame posters for member businesses.
03
Website
A mobile-friendly site explaining what the card is, where it is accepted and which businesses are members, with a member application flow.
04
Mobile app UI
The visual language of the app screens for card balance, transaction history and payments.
05
Promo film
An AI-assisted promo film showing the card's place in everyday life in Manisa.
